The most festive time of the year is here and what better way to celebrate than with a trip to your favorite theme park.
Halloween Time celebrations are currently underway and then the Holiday Season begins at major theme parks like Disneyland, Disney World, Universal Florida and more!
Visiting during this time of the year is some of the most magical and memorable times to visit. With holiday decor, seasonal treats and surprises, special entertainment and holiday themed attractions, there's no question why everyone love traveling during these festive times. The best part is, the extra fun is included with your regular theme park admission!
Here’s a quick look at some of the festive events going on at theme parks this year:
Disneyland
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort: Halloween Time materializes across the Disneyland Resort from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, 2023. If you’re a big Halloween fan, that means you can get an early start on the festivities!
The Holidays at the Disneyland Resort are returning Nov. 10, 2023, through Jan. 7, 2024! Enjoy festived decor and transformed attractions throughout Disneyland Resort, Delight in seasonal spectaculars and holiday entertainment and Experience cultural celebrations in Disney California Adventure Park with Disney Festival of Holidays
Disney World
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party: This frightfully fun experience returns on select nights, from August 11 to November 1, 2023.
Celebrate the Spirit of the Season – November 11 through December 31, 2023 and get wrapped up in all things merry and bright, with sensational sights and holiday delights all throughout Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Special holiday events include Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (select nights November 9 to December 22, 2023, Disney Jollywood Nights (select nights November 11 to December 20, 2023) and EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays beginning November 24th.
Universal Studios Hollywood
Halloween Horror Nights: Experience Southern California’s Scariest Halloween Event with 8 Terrifying Haunted Houses and the Terror Tram
Holidays at Universal Studios Hollywood includes celebrations like Experience Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Grinchmas, along with special holiday treats, merchandise and entertainment.
Universal Orlando
Universal Orlando Resort's Halloween Horror Nights runs from September 1 through November 4, 2023. The event features 8 haunted houses, 3 scarezones, The Terror Tram, Spooky-themed food and drink and Death Eaters roaming the streets of Hogsmeade
Holidays at Universal Orlando features Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, Grinchmas, and Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
LegoLand California
Brick or Treat: The Brick-or-Treat Monster Party transforms Legoland into a fun-filled Halloween escape with tons of candy, not-so-scary new shows, and silly monster LEGO characters.
Holidays at Legoland: Starting November 18th, experience the Holidays at Legoland where the entire Resort is bursting with holiday cheer.
We have visited many of these Theme Parks for Halloween and during the holidays and love experiencing all of the festive fun. Our favorite is Disneyland during the holidays, as it is a quick trip for us and we enjoy all of the holiday treats, decorations and holiday entertainment.
